NORTH TEXAS – Governor Greg Abbott announced that John Paul Mitchell Systems, the renowned hair care distributor, is expanding its corporate headquarters to Wilmer, a growing business hub in southern Dallas County.
The move is another major win for Texas as companies continue shifting from California to the Lone Star State.
“Texas is the headquarters of headquarters,” said Gov. Abbott in Thursday’s statement. “This $12 million investment by John Paul Mitchell Systems will create 80 new, good-paying jobs for hardworking Texans.”
The expansion includes a new global product distribution center, backed by a grant from the Texas Enterprise Fund — a state initiative that incentivizes companies to relocate or grow operations in Texas.
John Paul Mitchell Systems, known for brands like Paul Mitchell, Tea Tree, and Neuro, distributes to over 30 countries worldwide.
The Wilmer site strengthens North Texas’s position as a national hub for logistics, manufacturing, and corporate operations.
