WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — A man was hospitalized Saturday night after gunfire erupted in Anacostia, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
The shooting occurred in the 1600 block of W Street in Southeast D.C.
MPD reported that the victim was transported to the hospital, where he remains conscious and breathing.
