LIVE OAK, Calif. — Vice Mayor Aaron Pamma of Live Oak was one of three people arrested on Thursday, facing charges of conspiring to commit arson and insurance fraud, according to Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey.
Ramsey said the arrests were part of a major joint investigation involving the Butte County District Attorney’s Office, CAL FIRE, and the FBI.
All three suspects were taken into custody during the coordinated operation.
