PORTLAND, Ore. — Police are investigating a deadly stabbing that occurred early Sunday in a Southeast Portland parking lot.
The incident took place around 12:30 a.m. in the 6200 block of Southeast Foster Road. When officers arrived, they found a man dead at the scene. The suspect or suspects had already fled before police got there.
